"What are our level-up improvements for our AI/SaaS videos?"

I asked our team this question. What came back was a page-long list of improvement pointers.

As creators, we find it hard to look back at our work and not criticize it. That dissatisfaction is our fuel. But receiving criticism from someone else? That was the hard-good feeling.
